Event Lighting at The Hilton Orlando at I-Drive

The Hilton at International Drive is a large hotel which has plenty of space for events. It features 3 pillarless ballroom totaling 95,000 sq. ft. as well as an outdoor area called The Promenade that is perfect for your outdoor event needs.

The Promenade is frequently used for cocktail hours and as such, we found it to be perfect for setting up a variety of different market lights. Uplighting and downlighting are both used to set the mood as the natural light fades. Starburst lighted branches provide extra decoration and a festive atmosphere.

Basically, textures can be used anywhere and typically help a theme come to life. Intelligent Lighting is used to create and set scenes such as when notable attendees walk in or following people during dance time. Moving lights are useful in a number of situations and a wide variety of event types. They are especially entertaining for those who are emceeing and love to draw attention to specific people in the crowd.

A live feed LED video wall is a great accent to the lighting elements in this picture. For larger events, they are also useful for showing relevant information. Many people planning weddings love to use our LED video walls to show photography slide shows or videos.
